Pros: small, lightweight, can be used for portraits andgeneral photography too
Cons: none.
I loved this lens when I used MFT. I am now on full frame but have kept it and a gh4 as it is a great walk around option.
Small, lightweight and very sharp.

Pros: - 60mm (120mm FF equivalent) allows reasonable working distance to subject
- MFT crop factor makes this effectively a 2:1 lens
- lightweight
- weather sealed
- 3 focus settings (close, full focus range, far)
- long focus throw allows precise manual focusing
Cons: - takes some time to get used to
- lens hood not included, costs extra
In my opinion this is a great lens. It's small and lightweight, so there is no excuse to not carry it with you. The price is reasonable and sometimes Olympus gives discounts on it. It's definitely the sharpest Lens I own, possibly only rivaled by my PanaLeica 100-400mm, which is a higher prices level and hast different applications.

It can also double as a portrait lens and has further applications.

For me this lens is an absolute essential in the MFT ecosystem.

This lens offers you a great combination of very good optical performance, light weight, compact design and a good price / quality ratio. Photographers with a microfourthirds camera interested in macro photography should definitely put this lens on their wish list.
Even if you are not a macro photographer, but for example a portrait photographer, then this lens is interesting. The lens delivers very high quality at a relatively low price.
Great ^^

Is great lens, I've been used it by 3 years a lot.. and always works well, not easy to learn to use the lens, because the lens Digital specific.. I maybe noty recommen as the first macro lens, as not easy to use in the start but if you learn it, is very lovely lens. Reliable , great image quality because of the great Olympus glasses and optic!. LEns is very light and small, so you can have it always with you, working well with all Olympus and Panasonic cameras- all pen series too- with my old Pen6 worked same well as swith my new OMD em10markIII, so if you wold like to very small Pen camera and the lens to have always ith you and great image quallity.. is no problem.. ;) . The lens work well with Olympus cameras focus stacking and bracketing settings . I just reccomend the lens . Is my favourite lens, work well for landscapes and portraits too.. For more you can ask me ;) :D
