I found this grasshopper in July on one of my photo walks. It was very calm and relaxed and allowed me to take this shot. Hopefully you like it.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to improve composition for insects that are well camouflaged? It is interesting, but not easily an attractive picture.

I found this guy eating my garden vegetables, but it paid me back by letting me get a few shots. Olympus TG-6 ~ 1/125 sec. f/3.2 5.4mm ~ ISO 100 no flash

Finally found a subject happy to have his photo taken so I managed to get a dozen photos to stack. I don't have macro flashes so I used my godox flashes on mini tripods in a light box. I really need to find some good backgrounds and bases.
