Yes I have been actively involved in photomicrography for the last few years. The subject is white powder, there is nothing to look at You can see the process here in the videos:

I was wondering how this works and therefor I watched the video and I must say, that it's really interesting! Not something for everyone as you need a special equipment but it provides wonderful pictures and it's always a coincidence what you'll get! Really cool!
