Nikon d7100 used anything above 800iso seems to create noise

The D7100 is an excellent camera, so it is surprising that noise comes from it, And you say that the photo was taken at 200 iso, sensitivity to which the sensor is the best

yes it was 200iso but it was on manual which accounts for being way under exposed

Ah, that's why, too underexposed to be able to recover it with post-processing. Pity ! It is an interesting subject and a nice composition
