I'm working on backgrounds this week. I did this with frozen cubes of Vernors (a carbonated drink) placed in a small glass of water, then captured bubbles and things as they melted. The bubbles in some of them were very nicely blended in. Probably going to lighten it up a bit more.
The Vernors is a brownish or yellowish color drink. I'm going to get some sprite today, it's clear.
