Shooting insects alive with a good sharpness need a good lighting source. Regarding the Exifs, I think that ISO are very high and aperture is a bit to much closed. Using a flash and diffuser you'll be able to shoot at ISO 100 with a fast speed. That's all you need to get sharpness insect photos without post treatment.
Thanks for the advice , I will try macro with flash next time
