I was lucky enough a while back to catch this Moulting Cicada from start to finish. I had sat down on a log to rest and noticed what I thought was a shed moving. It took about a half hour to completely finish. The colors were just amazing. I've posted enough to show the initial split of the shed and then the progress of the Cicada out of it.
