Not sure if it’s the upload but all the tips of the pencil is in focus.. tried to play around with DOF and shadowVery shallow depth of field. It's only top pencils are in focus, rest aren't. What settings you had?

Alright, now I see, my mistake, wasn't checked the picture properly.
I can see all pencils colours are in focus.
