Common leaf weevil (Phyllobius pyri)

Hi there,

I found this lovely leaf weevil on May 21th in a meadow some kilometers away from my house.
The colors of it are just awesome if you've a sunny day.

Both images are beautiful, but I prefer the first one. There are more details and composition seems greater to me.

Very nice colours and light, cool texture on the carapace. I also like the first a little more than the second, clearer face shot, nice work!
