Hi Rodolfo Lara , not bad photo. But there are some noise present. I would recommend to use a speedlight

A speedlight might be good but the noise is caused by a strong JPG compression.
What settings / Software do you use Rodolfo Lara? You should try to use a better quality setting during JPG export. These little blocks are a clear indicator for a strong compression:
