Personally I wouldn't change anything, is great how you did it, but everyone has different point of view which I do respect that ;)

its not a question of not liking it. I think that the subject is lost in the bg and the leaf that its sitting on. I would have cropped it a bit closer so that the eyes of the insect is visible. Right now my view is being taken out of the frame by the leading line of the leaf and there is nothing to hold it back. I do not have a point of interest. Hope you get what i mean?
