Want critique Dark Pikachu

Hi all,
I wanna try something at home cause, evening I wan't to shoot but at home
So i was looking for something the shoot ...
nataliaflejszar&Photo adviced me to shoot a pikachu from my collection.

Now let me show you, the dark pikachu

Salut Greg78340, the picture looks so funny, the finished effect of it I'm surprised but creatively same
You could get a bit farer and get the all pikachu and reflection of them from the front I think would be nice effect too

It was the occasion for me to work with the light, not so easy.

I have tried once as well. But with my speed light. Lucky, my flash can be set to shoot remotely with my 7d m2. Back to you image, is not really sharp as Meant to be. i think light is not close to the subject, but very interesting project

Its strange because when I see the second picture my first reaction was that the flash was too strong and needs diffusion, distance or a lower power setting but when I look at the first photo it looks underexposed. Your f/stop may be a little too high and your'e loosing sharpness. Apart from that i like the concept very much

Oh the backstage pictures are just for show you how i did. But i play more with LR ... i will try later with a torchlight cause ring flash is not the better thing to use for that.
