Right here I have a stack I did a while ago and finished up today. It's a hazelnut hollowed out by an animal, the form of the hole indicates that it probably was a hazel dormouse. Other than normal mice or squirells they will make a pretty clean and circular hole to get to the goodness inside the nuts.

I know the stack isn't perfect and has some blurry spots, but I misplaced the nut so I can't redo it.

Have you isolated the nut just with the flash light or have you used PS? Interesting motif... never have thought about taking a stack of a haselnut.

I've isolated it via flashlight. In editing I added a black layer which I then blended via the brightness blend ranges so that only the darkest areas are affected but not the nut. The hole is actually darkened and blurred again, because it didn't look that good.
