I see you use the Olympus original Flesh . Do you like it?
It's so nice looking flesh, just a bit too much expensive .
I see you have lot of flowers there in your home, so enough to shoot macros even in winter time

Yes, it is a real Olympus flash, the FL 900R
The flowers have finished blooming, otherwise I will go to a florist

The fly, looks very sharp. It could be better if you could try to shoot whole fly.
