Hi. I'm trying to decide which platform is better for sharing pictures, Flickr or Tumblr?

They both are good, as long as you have free time. Most important to have good pictures.

I forgot to mention, nowadays everyone is using Instagram, so that's very populat platform for Sharing and posting pictures.
