Just walking the dog today I decided to look for the mundane, the simplest of the simple and lift it above the threshold, make it noticeable. A crumpled brown leaf still hanging on for dear life, raindrops against the veined structure of a recently fallen leaf, a lost feather of a bird awkwardly stuck on a tree stump.
