This is the single largest mushroom I have ever found out here on my property. It measures over 9 inches tall, and the cap is 8.5 inches wide.
I have it planted on my back deck in a container waiting for the weekend to play with some photos of it, hoping that it doesn't dry up before then. I have it in a container with some normal size mushrooms to show the size. It's a monster. LOL
