Not sure what the name of this bug is, so appreciate any help from you guru's here on that one.
Unfortunately, past its sell by date when I came across it but I thought it made an interesting subject anyway.
40 images focus stacked in Affinity Photo and then processed in Photoshop

Canon R5, RF100mm F2.8 L Macro, No Flash
f/8.0, ISO 6400, 1/13

Hi Andy Smith .

That looks like a Gold Dust Weevil , see here. I like coloured scales on the legs. Great stack, looks clean and image looks great. Nice find

I believe you are correct buddy, it is indeed a Gold Dust Weevil. Thanks for the link and info.
