I will celebrate World Wetlands Day by hiking to the place I most love in Ottawa: Mer Bleue Conservation Area, Ottawa's second largest Protected Area and most visited Ramsar Site I have been to. #worldwetlandsday2021 #merbleueconservationarea #ramsarconvention #Ramsarsites

February 2nd is World Wetlands Day. Frogs are quintessential amphibians of wetlands. This is one of my favourite photos of a Northern Green Frog (Lithobates clamitans melanota) taken on the Snake River at the Shaw Woodlot, Ontario, Canada. Hi,

This shot is my where I shoot my astro trails, too much light pollution for regular astro shots as its quite close to Melbourne city. The location is Cheetham wetlands about 17kms southwest from Melbourne CBD and this particular photo is from a bird viewing tower. Hope you like it

Wow! The pictures from both of you are so beautiful! I need to figure out some similar locations here near my hometown. But we've only some smaller lakes.. damn it. I'm really jealous!

I love especially the one with the Cattails Greg Shchepanek! The light is just swesome with all the pollen in the air.
