Hello Everyone. Greetings from India. I am a photographic enthusiast as many of you here are and macro is my favorite subject! So here I am!

Happened to spot this dead hornet in my garden, so decided to take the shot up close. Used image stacking technique (7-10 images) to get more DoF on the subject. Didn't pay attention to clean/clear the unwanted stuff off the insect like the thread sticking out of the mandibles (I think) but overall thought it came out well. Let me know what you think.

Hi and welcome to the forum Madhu, interesting shot of the hornet. Eyes are sharp which is the main thing. nicely done but cleaning up the thread would have been a nice touch.
