Nice picture, I think there's something to do about the white hairs, give a bit of volume (depth), I'll look at it when I'm back home.

The focus is perfect as always @Bill Edwards. I would frame the picture different. More space to the right (without this cut bud) and less to the bottom. A bit.. not much.
