Another fascinating creature close up, a leaf blotch miner moth resting on the fern tree.
The moth is so called because it's larvae develop within the leaves of the host tree, they have no bad effects on the tree and actually help with keeping the tree healthy.
Adults have a wingspan of 8 to 9mm and can be found throughout the year if you look hard enough.
