Let's talk tea

Hi,

Any tea lovers here? What kind fo tea do you like? How do you prepare it? Do you drink for the flavour or for the curing properties of the tea?

I'll start: I like black tea. I like different flavours of it and I've found a store here that has some pre-made bags of tea with flavours. I prepare it by boiling the water and pouring it over the tea in a french press and leaving it for 4 minutes there, then waiting to be a little colder and I start drinking it.

I like black tea as well, I usually buy English Breakfast tea, I don't know if it's true, but heard that black tea isn't really good for health if drinking it always.

Well, I never heard this one, but black tea has caffeine in it so I guess that's why it's not healthier than a cup of coffee or other teas.

I don't drink coffee either. I think Greg Shchepanek or nataliaflejszar&Photo they drink lots of coffee.

I also try not to put to much sugar on my tea.

Do you buy tea bags or leafs? I know leafs are more healthy.
