It's not that far. If you live near the forest, then there you can find other types of insects or bugs.
I've never tried insect macro in winter, although I've read you can find critters even then. I live near three large graveyards, and Prague is full of natural sanctuaries with a very wide variety of biotopes.

You should feel lucky, you still can find some interesting subjects to shoot. Sadly for me, live in the city, hard to find places like forests.

How interesting I've always wanted to visit. Maybe some day. A couple of my friends here are from the north - near Newcastle and Wales.

Its never to late
