Great photos, nice details, the light on the third shot is specially nice bringing out a lot of texture on the back of the watch, would also look good in B&W but that is a another thing altogether, well doneđź‘Ť
Thank you. I will see if i have time to do a complete B&W photo shoot of the watch with camera set to B&W. At the moment looking for a small setup for making photos of things from straight above. My current tripod can do that but it is too big to put on a table.

Great product photography! The setup, positioning and light is just perfect! would like to see some pictures of the clockwork, but I would not try to open it.

I took the back of, comes of easy. Took several b&w photos of the clockwork. Will check them later today after the walk with Pixie and upload some of them.

Have to do the inside again tomorrow. Not pleased with the shots made with the macro lens. Had steadyshot still turned on in camera and did not work well.

But here is a quick one made with the Samyang lens. The inside seems to have had a tough life by the looks of it.

I would prefer a colored version, but I like it in B&W as well! Isn't it a little technical wonder? Such a clockwork has so many parts...

I did shoot in raw+jpeg, so the raw file does contain all the colour information. It is only a shame that most of the clockwork isn't visible.

I definitely prefer the colored version because of the brass metal colors and the red screw sealing. It's really a pity, that most parts of the clock work are covered but it's beauty as it is nevertheless.

Thank you. I prefer the coloured one too and yes, would be nice to have all the clockwork visible.
