I think mantis eyes are not really in focus , if you look very carefully What do you think ?

i know you are correct...i was concentrating more on the mouth parts ...the eyes were on a diff focal plane....at f32 i didnt have the depth to work with and the sensor was not parallel to the subject. Yes.this would have been a much better picture if all the face would have been focussed. Would aim for next time. thanks for the effort.
