Nice shot Willy, although the highlights seem blown out above the eyes. Looking at the reflection in the eyes I can see a brighter part of the diffuser which maybe the cause.
Not sure if your flash was set too close to the diffuser or what settings you had on the flash unit itself, but it is quite noticeable in the image.

Thank you Andy. I noticed that to and i think i set my flash to 1/8 of power which was a little to much.
