Dirk Ercken (a Belgian photographer) inspired me last year to start my first flower artwork journey and it's similar to what you've shown here. It's delicate and wonderful, BUT I would prefer a bit more DOF or faded focus because even the petals are blurry.
This would be an outstanding photo with a sharp flower head!

I don't think it's a problem with the focus, but a blur caused by grass between the flower and the lens.
I will post another view Pulsatilla vulgaris # 3 with the flower a little sharper
