Found this cool creature yesterday but im not sure if it's a moth or a wasp.

Hi Willy, nice shot.
To me it looks like a clear wing moth, which mimic other species like wasps.
you can google clear wing moths and you will see there are hundreds of different varieties.
A quick ID search turned up the Synanthedon Bibionipennis, or Strawberry Crown Moth, but I am unsure if they are prevalent in your part of the world.
