RGB vs SRGB, what should I choose ?

Hi , what settings should I have on my camera ? RGB or SRGB ? and in photoshop what should I use?

You will find that pretty much all labs are using sRGB for printing. Most monitors can't see the enire RGB colorspace. so there could be possibility to be fooling around with colors you can't even see.
