I took these two focus stacks today of two garnets that I set on other sand grains for the photos. It’s kind of my calling card to set the sand garnets on another grain of sand for the picture. The garnets are just about 1/4mm in width. All grains from the beautiful Bandon, Oregon beach.

What do I do with all these sand pics??
I print them as 8x10 or 11x14 prints, set in a double mat and sign the mat placing the Actual sand grains that are in that picture next to my signature. So anyone who gets one receives the only print ever of that duo of sand grains. Like the idea???
I’ll include a jpeg of one that I have framed in my office at work...
