What can I say about this haven for the Snowshoe Hares ... Whenever I need a pick me up I go here to see one of my favourite animals : Snowshoe Hare (Lepus americanus) Shirleys Bay, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. And don't let me get started on the Chipmunk (Tamias striatus) invasion that is happening this Spring. [HASH=7076]#Chipmunk[/HASH] [HASH=434]#squirrel[/HASH] [HASH=7092]#rodent[/HASH]

We are so very lucky to have so many green spaces in the Ottawa Area & the Ottawa Valley as well.
