It's a slime mould (fungus) Bihari . There exists several different slime moulds with all kind of shapes and colors. They are mostly about 2-3mm in height.

I picked up all these little dead branches and searched for slime moulds or other small fungis. It's not easy to find them but from my point of view it's worth it. They looks a bit like something from outer space. Like an alien plant...
