Great photos. I have never tried focus stacking, do not have the equipment for it.

It's surprising easy. Photoshop works decently for most photos, but can't beat Helicon Focus for the flexibility in blending different areas of your photo together.
My camera (Sony a7rii) doesn't do in body focus stacking and handheld it is at least for me impossible to get right. And i don't have a focusrail. Putting the photos together is not a problem, it is getting the photos that is the problem.

This newest Olympus cameras have a great focus stacking and focus braketing in camera . I'm merging photos in Photoshop, it's doing well also

Haha say insect " don't move ", and wind to be quite for the moment
What camera do you use Israel.pov ?
Sony a6400, I've used a Canon 70D for 10+ years, but it was beginning to show its age and I wanted something more compact. Moving from DSLR to mirrorless has been so much needed. Not to mention I can shoot 4k video on it compared to my 70D not even able to do 1080p at 60fps.
