It's an image of a snail which looks like a water droplet. Sorry, it's an image of a drop of rain water which looks like a snail. 
The water droplet was on a rose leaf and the part which looks like a tentacle was actually the toothlike pointed portion of the leaf margin. There was also a tiny drop of water on top of the leaf margin. The image was taken with Sony A7iii with 55-210mm lens with Raynox DCR-250 attached. I have used external flash with Softbox diffuser. I've removed the reflections from the softbox diffuser during post-processing. Hope you like it.
