What lens you would recommend for shooting wild birds and wildlife.? I was thinking about 150-600 sigma or canon 100-400 can't decide yet.

150-600 sigma it’s a brilliant lens. You have a very good reach and very sharp images.

I have a friend who own 150-600 sigma, he said the lens is a beast. He gets very close up to the birds and animals.

Sigma lenses aren't bad as some people saying. If you are wildlife photographer and can't afford canon lenses. Then yes, sigma will be your best choice.

I would go for sigma, getting an extra 250mm reach. Canon isn't bad, but for the price of 10-400 you will the sigma 150-600. Totally up to you.
