So this is a close up stack of 33 images of a single ant taken from a large colony in my garden here in Thailand. The nest is approx 2 metres by 1/2 metre and I don't know how deep it goes. All I see is a huge amount of displaced soil on my grass every morning.
I am unsure what ants they are, but I do know they sting like crazy if disturbed and it hurts like hell for an hour or so afterwards.
