It was a very difficult shot.
I had to go very close to the leaf to photograph it. My beloved Helios is not a macro lens but its unique character is something I wouldn't change. To achieve close focusing the lens was reversed using an adaptor that has a 52mm thread to nikon F mount.
Depth of field, when the lens is reversed, becomes thin as hair (metaphorically). The extreme close distance made the focusing much more difficult although f was stopped down to f/4.0.
But I managed it.
