Have you tried to use a telephoto lens ?
Yes, this is what I was thinking, also was thinking you can attach raynox on it.

I actually had around 600 Linux servers at the tip of my fingers at my previous job and I have more than a thousand right now, but I managed to find one Windows 7 DVD in my house yesterday.
