leroyharding These are fantastic, right up my alley
I have played with similar scenes for a while, wrote a couple of tutorial resources on refraction photography for members. Depth of field becomes very thin at these close ranges, more so at f2.8, you have a few millmiters worth of critical sharpness (focusing stack really help to extend that range here) and then of course ambient light can also makes the refraction weaker. I am not able to make out the image in drop, is it a flower or have you used a printed card as a background? I love the colours and milk is a nice touch, though the natural reflection of the water (once again with the right lighting) is my favourite. Beautiful colours and a great scene nonetheless, good work
