Traditional off camera speed light, combined with an LED flash

this was an experiment, using 2 normal flashes and then a 3rd LED flash, whih wasnt as quick resulting in the image blur movement, Shot at ISO 800, F11, 1/4 second exposure

Using bouncd light gave a more even light to work with, but reduced the amount of light, even with 2 flashes to get a nice brigt pic i had to go to 800 ISO. Yesterday i was working at ISO1000, with even darker images, with direct flash but a greater F stop of F22!
