Haha my laptop is running slower and slower with the all new upgrades also
I have been have a lot of big upgrades in my computer and in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, I need to check out or I have already the Windows 11 or still the 10,I suppose still the 10
. I think about buying new laptop as soon as I have money for that 
Adobe Cloud Cc programs have been growing up and staying more have for my computer, so it's the reason why my laptop has been working slower and slower, sometimes it take a breath and after them again have work 
Maybe you need to try to clean your pc from all unused files and delete some softwares. That's what I did, as my laptop was running slow, and had to do a bit of cleaning.
