A beautiful image. I always appreciate a good photo of ants: they're quite difficult to portray, very small and almost always moving fast. I'm sorry you've only posted a small image, which doesn't really allow you to appreciate the detail. Oh, and a little cropping of the grey band at the top would give a more finished look.

That image is cropped a lot . It was shot at almost 600mm from at least 20 feet away The grey is the glass of the bird feeder. I usually post photos I take with my macro lens and the full sized images are way way too large for this site.
