How do you grow your myxomycetes? And what lens do you use on your Sony to take such close-up shots?

I put the bark of old trees or rotten wood in plastic containers on a wet paper napkin, soak everything well and cover with a lid, do not open for the first few days. And then check periodically. If moisture leaves, spray with water. Sometimes it can take several months. Myxomycetes appear in 30% of chambers. Canon MP-E 65 mm lens via adapter.
