Thank you, Jörg This was shot I think in the afternoon, but I can't quite remember now. I agree about the wing space. I usualy try to fill the frame as much as possible, going for 1:1 mag whenever I can. In this case there was a problem with plant motion. I'll keep it in mind as you're not the first person to have mentioned that I may be too tight with my framing.Really an awesome shot Desc1234!
Have you taken the picture early in the morning? I would maybe add some extra space under the lower dragonfly to get a more symmetric look.
But the motif itself really great as well as the sharpness and colors! Well done my friend!
This is another one of the same taken seconds earlier or later. I kinda prefer the play of the shadows in the background on this one, but there's the same problem with the wing space, only this time on the other damselfly.Really an awesome shot Desc1234!

Thank you, Jörg I'm grateful for the feedback, as I'm a subjective viewer, even though I'm quite a harsh critic of my own work. Saturation is always a bit of a headache, for my background is BW photojournalism and portraiture. I tend to err on the side of caution with saturation and my colour sometimes ends up looking like BW )Also very beautiful. Only one smaller improvement from my side. I would increase the saturation a bit. That's all... apart from the already discussed framing.
Thank you, Jack I'll take another look at it and add saturation.Funny photo Desc1234 , but you also must be lucky to catch such of moment. Personally probably i will add more saturation to the photo.
