Breakfast - and afternoon snack

Breakfast this morning was an individual serving of my favorite red sauce dish. Shakshuka with pita bread.
Afternoon snack was a pile of homemade Onion rings using up some beer batter and some panko crusted batter as well. YUMMMMMMM....I made enough of these to freeze for another weekend.
Nikon D7100, 50mm, tripod, ISO160, f/5.6, 1/125 sec. natural daylight plus one softbox. I am currently waiting on some dough to rise for homemade english muffins. Cold months are definitely my kitchen time. LOL

ooh wow! I make shakshuka quite often. It's a great breakfast, eggs cooked in a spicy tomato sauce. I learnt this dish from a friend a few years back. Those onion rings look very delicous, you got a great menu going on
