Buying second hand lens

Hi. Do you guys prefer to buy second hand lenses or brand new from shops ?

I prefer to buy brand new lens, as I’m sure 100%it won’t let me down.

I can’t really trust second hand lenses, if the lens I want is to expensive then I always taking in consideration to buy second hand lens from trusted seller or shop. Apart from that always brand new lenses .

Thats really true, and is what I do as well. If the lens which I want is to expensive and can’t afford brand new, then I do check eBay. If it’s an cheap lens I prefer to buy brand new. Will last longer.

Depends on your budget, if you can afford to buy everytime brand new lenses then it’s fine. But I guess no everyone can afford to invest money in a lot of glass.
