Took a walk on the beach and it was very overcast, so decided not to bring my camera. Then for a few minutes the sun came out and I looked around for some subjects. Found this translucent item.

Yeah I am not sure either. I thought it is some kind of seaweed or kelp pod, because that is what it felt like. But I am not sure. I am asking around and will update if I find out. FYI. You probably know, but this is the same thing as the other picture. Just closer view of one side.
