I tried to reduce the noise, but with that 1000D and iso 400 noise was there; I cropped just a bit from the bottom but like 2-3 cm from the bottom.

Ok, do 1000D is not very good on ISO after ISO 200 ? I don't know Canon ... I know My Nikon D7100 is good on ISO < 800 , the same with my mirrorless. Now I put the minimum ISO 200 on my panasonic and if light is missing i put my cobra flash.

My Canon 5d is sooooo much better when it comes to iso - like even at 2500 iso there is no noise.
Yes, after 200 iso for 1000d is horror. (well, it was, I no longer use the 1000D)

The most interesting is to see the difference between your older pictures and the actual one. This one is not a bit worse than the newer pictures but different! Ok... some noise but I wouldn't complain about this. The big water drop on the head of the bug looks a bit funny Yohanna_D

yeah the drop on the head is not like the other ones - maybe gravity I don't know but that was the way the bug was
