good photograph and nothing to say. but if i have to nit pick...i would go slightly lower so that the bg of hte fly is not the leaf..making the subject pop even more.

When I approach a potential subject, I usually take a shot and then if it does not move or fly away I try to get the best angles until I get what I want or it moves away.
In this instance, one shot and it`s gone!

@Bill Edwards the picture is sharp, good dof and nice bokeh.
